I'm Taking my Wife's name, an African American Engineer reveals

A man who recently got married to a Nigerian woman has revealed he's changing his surname to his wife's surname.

Howard Sueing the third made this revelation on Twitter. The African-American engineer has also edited his Twitter Bio to Include his wife's surname to his name. He went on to add that they will pass on the surname to their children.

Hw wrote:

"I recently got married! I'm replacing my birth surname/suffix (Sueing III) with @SimplyBukks 's (Ekundayo) so that we can pass it on to our future children. "Ekundayo" means "to turn tears to joy" in Yoruba."

Followers congratulated him following the revelation and wished him well.
