Actor/Politician Yul Edochie proposes capital punishment/death penalty for any man that defiles a child, male or female

Yul took to his twitter handle this morning to call on the legislative arm of government to enact a law that would serve death penalty to any man that is found guilty of defiling a child, either male or female.
