Kim Kardashian is desperate for a third child and she will go to any length to achieve her dream.

In a new clip of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians", the reality star

tells her family that she intends to undergo a surgery on her uterus

that would allow get pregnant again.



The mother-of-two who had earlier noted that

she would be happy with just two kids seems to have had a change of heart.

Kim already shares three-year-old North and 15-month-old Saint with

rapper husband, Kanye West.



"I have to go in and repair my uterus. Because I decided I'm going to

try to have one more baby," she announced to her mom, Kris Jenner, and

sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian and Kendall and Kylie Jenner.



"Isn't that exciting?"



However, her family do not share her excitement, as their wariness

show in the questions that follow.



"I thought you were for sure done," one of her siblings says, while

Kris' boyfriend, Corey Gamble, warns Kim not to do "anything risky."

When asked about the procedure by Khloe, Kim has this to say:



"I have to have surgery on my uterus to kinda repair this hole. So

they need to like clean that out and then there's like scar tissue.

It'll still be like a really high-risk pregnancy, just I would be able

to get pregnant."



She adds in a confessional: "Having more kids is definitely going to

be a struggle. I've gone through so much with really bad deliveries

that the doctors don't feel like it's safe for me to conceive again

myself."
